Brian Siddhartha Ingle, DO, ND, is a licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, a Naturopath, and a pioneer in Somatic Education. He is a certified Hanna Somatic Educator®, a Somatic Yoga teacher, a practitioner of the Feldenkrais Method®, and an aqua bodyworker. He was instrumental in introducing Hanna Somatics to Ireland, India, and the Russian speaking countries,  expanding access to cutting-edge somatic approaches.Brian’s work bridges osteopathy, somatic psychology, quantum biology, circadian biology, and Germanic New Medicine, offering a unique and integrative approach to healing and personal development. His expertise includes the study of the body’s quantum coherence, the biological rhythms of life, and the psycho-emotional roots of health and disease.For 40 years, Brian has devoted himself to inquiring into authentic systems of self-healing, embodied movement, and human potential. He holds a background in Ayurvedic Medicine and Vedic Astrology and has been based in India since 1995, deepening his cross-cultural understanding of health and consciousness.A graduate of the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training, Brian founded Living Somatics and the Ingle Institute for Somatic Education.
