I am a Tai Chi and wellness coach dedicated to helping people find balance in both mind and body through the practice of Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation. I have started my Tai chi journey in 1998, and today I am passionate about sharing these ancient practices with those seeking greater harmony, health, and well-being.
